- Please bring your booking ticket or confirmation on your phone or in paper.
- Please arrive in advance, a slot is booked with the port authority: losing your slot voids your priority and can result a delay at departure, incurring in a curtailed cruise.
- Reservation from 1 to 6 passengers are at a fixed price additional passengers, up to 12 total, are charged per additional pasenger.
- Safety instructions will be provided at departure, please note that any objects or domestic animals that fall overboard can be salvaged or rescued only at the captain's ultimate discretion.
- Passengers overboard will engage the MOB procedure in accordance with international conventions regarding human lives on the water.
- Consuming narcotics or displaying behaviour that proves dangerous to oneself, or others will result in an immediate order of disembarkation and police intervention, at the ultimate discretion of the captain.
- All individuals, including infants and children are considered passengers, in accordance with international conventions regarding human lives on water.
- No number of passengers above the booked amount can be tolerated without informing prior agreement and payment as the captain engages his personal responsibility, his licence to operate, and insurance, for every human life on board.
- No number of passengers above 12 can be accepted on this category of vessel, individuals remaining onshore can only be designated in concert with and at the ultimate discretion, of the captain. To meet safety and security requirements, excessive luggage cannot be accepted onboard.
- At the captain’s ultimate discretion, the crew will make every possible effort to store or transport cumbersome articles, additional effort will be attempted to accommodate perambulators, wheelchairs and essential medical equipment.
- As a general rule, this experience is not recommended for people requiring assistance from more than one accompanist to take a stairway.
